3. Then their leader Samyaza said to them; I fear that you may perhaps be indisposed to the performance of this enterprise; And that I alone shall suffer for so grievous a crime.

And Semjâzâ, who was their leader, said to them: "I fear that perhaps ye will not be willing to do this deed, and I alone shall suffer for this great sin."

And Semjaza, who was their leader, said unto them: 'I fear ye will not indeed agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty of a great sin.'

Då sade deras anförare Samyaza till dem: Jag fruktar, att J kanhända ären oskicklige till utförandet af detta företag. Och jag allena måste lida för ett så groft brott.

Och Semjasa, deras furste, talade till dem: Jag fruktar, att I ej viljen utföra denna gärning, och då skall jag ensam hafva att försona denna stora synd.
