7. Proceeding on, I continued over the waters of Danbadan, (16) which is on the right to the west of Armon, reading the memorial of their prayer, until I fell asleep.

(16) Danbadan. Dan in Dan (Knibb, p. 94).

And going I sat down near the waters of Dan in Dan, which is to the right [i.e. south] of the evening side [i.e. west] of Hermon, and read their memorial petition till I fell asleep.

And I went off and sat down at the waters of Dan, in the land of Dan, to the south of the west of Hermon: I read their petition till I fell asleep.

Vidare fortsatte jag min väg öfver Danbaddans vatten, hvilket är till höger, vester om Armon, läsande deras böneskrift, till dess jag föll i sömn.

Och jag gick åstad och satte mig vid Dans vattendrag i Dan, söder om Hermons västra sluttning, och läste deras böneskrift, tills jag somnade.
