| 2. Their hands shall commit iniquity. Whatsoever they produce by labour, the sinners shall devour with crime. But they shall perish from the face of the Lord of spirits, and from the face of his earth. They shall stand up, and shall not fail for ever and ever.

And they commit crimes with their hands, and everything they make they devour criminally, they, the sinners; but they will be destroyed in the presence of the Lord of the spirits, they, the sinners, and will be chased from off the face of his earth continually to all eternity.

And their hands commit lawless deeds, And the sinners devour all whom they lawlessly oppress: Yet the sinners shall be destroyed before the face of the Lord of Spirits, And they shall be banished from off the face of His earth, And they shall perish for ever and ever.

Deras händer skola begå orättfärdighet. Hvad helst de genom arbete frambringa, skola syndare under brott uppsluka; men de skola utplånas från Andarnes Herres ansigte och från Hans jords yta. De skola uppstå, och skola icke förgås från evighet till evighet.

Och syndarna begå förbrytelser med sina händers verk och förtära brottsligen frukten av de frommas arbete; därför skola de omkomma inför andarnas Herres ansikte och bortjagas från hans jords yta för all evighet.
