| 3. Now, too, let me exhort you who are righteous, not to walk in the paths of evil and oppression, nor in the paths of death. Approach them not, that you may not perish; but covet,

And now I say to you, the just: Do not walk in the wicked path and in violence, and not in the paths of death, and do not approach them, that ye be not destroyed.

And now I say unto you the righteous: Walk not in the paths of wickedness, nor in the paths of death, And draw not nigh to them, lest ye be destroyed.

Nu låt mig äfven uppmana eder, som ären rättfärdige, att icke vandra på ondskans och förtryckets vägar, ej heller på dödens vägar. Nalkens dem icke, på det J icke måtten förgås, utan eftertrakten

Och nu säger jag eder, I rättfärdiga: vandren icke på den onda vägen och i öfvervåld, icke heller på dödens vägar och närmen eder dem icke, att I ej mån förgås.
