| 10. Now therefore know that you are destined to the day of destruction; nor hope that sinners shall live; but in process of time you shall die; for you are not marked for redemption; But are destined to the day of the great judgment, to the day of distress, and the extreme ignominy of your souls.

And now know that ye are prepared for the day of destruction, and do not hope that ye will live, ye sinners, but ye shall depart and die, for ye do not know a ransom; for ye are prepared for the day of the great judgment, and for the day of trouble and of great disgrace to your souls.

Veten nu derföre, att J ären bestämda för förödelsens dag; vänten icke, att syndare skola lefva, utan i tidens fortgång skolen J dö, ty J ären icke tecknade till återlösning; Utan J ären bestämde för den stora domens dag, för olyckans dag och edra själars yttersta vanära.

Och veten nu, att I ären beredda på fördärfvets dag, och hoppas icke, att I skolen lefva, I syndare, utan I skolen gå hädan och dö, emedan I icke kännen till någon lösepenning. Ty I ären beredda för den stora domens och nödens och den stora skammens dag för eder ande.
