| 15. Woe to you who write down the word of falsehood, and the word of the wicked; for their falsehood they record, that they may hear and not forget folly.

Woe to you who write down words of untruth and words of the impious; for they write down their lies that they be heard, and do not forget their foolishness;

Woe to you who write down lying and godless words; for they write down their lies that men may hear them and act godlessly towards (their) neighbour.

Ve eder, som uppskrifven falskhetens ord och de ondas ord, ty de påminna sig sin falskhet, att de må höra och icke förgäta dårskapen

Ve eder, som nedskrifven lögnaktigt tal och brottsliga ord, ty de skrifva sina lögner, att man må veta dem och icke förgäta dårskapen.
