| 2. In a righteous balance I saw that he weighed out with their light the amplitude of their places, and the day of their appearance, and their conversion. Splendour produced splendour; and their conversion was into the number of the angels, and of the faithful.

And I saw that they were weighed on the scales of justice, according to their light, according to the width of their places, and the day of their appearance, and their course; one flash of lightning produces another, and their course according to the number of angels, and their fidelity they preserved among themselves.

And I saw how they are weighed in a righteous balance according to their proportions of light: (I saw) the width of their spaces and the day of their appearing, and how their revolution produces lightning: and (I saw) their revolution according to the number of the angels, and (how) they keep faith with each other.

2. I en rättvis vågskål såg jag, att Han vägde ut, jemte deras ljus, äfven vidden af deras rum och dagen för deras synligblifvande och för deras förändringar. Sken frambragte sken; och deras öfvergång var till änglarnes och de trognas antal.

2. Och jag såg hur de vägdes med riktig våg efter sina ljusmassor och sina rums vidd och tiden för sitt framträdande och sitt omlopp och huru den ena blixten frambringar den andra och huru deras omlopp är efter änglarnas tal och huru de bevara troheten mot hvarandra.
